Julia Bowman works as a Birth to Three Teacher (DTV) through the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired. During this conference, she will be providing information on visual impairments, how visual impairments are diagnosed in the Birth to Three population, treatment options, and how DTV and speech/physical/developmental, and occupational therapists can collaborate together to help the child with a visual impairment.
