Food S-T-R-E-C-H-E-S: Starting from Familiar!

Description

A s-t-r-e-t-c-h is new food trying technique that helps a child learn to enjoy a new food or food property in tiny steps starting from a familiar food or food property. You s-t-r-e-t-c-h from “familiar”, something the child knows and likes. We use stretches to build confidence. This webinar will help participants strategize ways to start with a familiar drink or solid and learn to be confident with a new one, to stretch from wet foods to dry and vice versa, to stretch from only one feeder to another, or from no vitamin or medicine to another and more. The focus is on practical and compassionate strategies that WORK for parents! Join us!
