We will be discussing specific provider concerns related to current platforms of services delivery, difficulties with family engagement, and the current pandemic related environment. Provider will be asked to reflect on how their experiences may be impacting the families they work with. The parallel reflective process will help support families by modeling support and reflective thinking to the providers and thus enhancing their capacity to support and reflect with families.
