Transition from early intervention to education services through the school system marks an important process for children and parents. When hailed well the Service Coordinator assists families to smoothly and confidently transitions to the next step. The trainer will review IDHS process and procedure for toddlers transitioning out of early intervention into Part B and other programs, review service coordinators responsibilities around transition , review transition timelines and provide service coordinators with necessary tools and resources to support families with this transition process.
