Description |
This professional development series is designed to promote the use of reflective consultation to explore critical work with infants, young children and their families, other providers, and intersecting systems. A guided group format will be used to process participant experiences and vignettes. Reflective practice principles and the Diversity Informed Tenets for Work with Infants, Children and Families will be embedded in the learning experience promoting the use of introspection, relationships, and consultation for optimal service provision and professional growth.
