As we work to support families in EI, we regularly collaborate with a variety of people, including family members, childcare providers, physicians, social workers, service coordinators, and providers, just to name a few. The quality of those interactions (and ultimately, those
relationships) are a key factor in determining the success of the children and families we serve. Some connections are easy and pleasurable, while others leave us feeling confused or disappointed.
