Participants will learn how to:

-Reduce frustrations and challenges with tummy time and improve your ability to implement and modify tummy time at home with your child as part of a daily routine.
-Expand your knowledge of torticollis (head tilt) and plagiocephaly (head flattening) in infants and learn how to help with prevention and/or management.
-Learn about popular baby devices/containers (jumpers/bouncers, Exersaucers, car seats) and understand the role these play in baby’s development in order to make more informed choices.
