Feeding Disorders: Expanding Clinical Observations to Examine Critical Aspects of Development and Feeding/Swallowing Physiology

Description

In this first webinar session of the Feeding Disorders Series, participants will review and discuss critical periods of sensory and motor development for assessment and treatment of children experiencing feeding/swallowing difficulties. Topics will include development of sensory systems, state regulation, suck-swallow-breath, emerging coordination of body systems in feeding/swallowing development, and feeding as a participation activity in infants/children birth through twelve months.
*Participants must complete both days in order to receive ANY IL EI credits.
