Please join us for a workshop around health and wellness. During these really uncertain times, it is nice to take a moment to breathe and take care of ourselves. This workshop will be facilitated by Tammy Livingston but is designed to be interactive, reflective and FUN! We will look at some reasons to talk about wellness including the burnout many of us are feeling. We will also chat about the stress cycle we are all experiencing and how, many times, we do not complete the cycle. When we do not complete the cycle, we then do not get to feel a full body and mind release. We will look at and practice the 7 ways we complete this cycle and experience how great it can feel.
