Pause, Ponder + Power UP: A brain-based approach to self-care for service providers

Description

Research being conducted in the fields of neuroscience, positive psychology and the emerging field of primary psychology are bringing forth a new understanding of life-long human development, how our brains work and the importance of taking time to pause and self-reflect. With a unique blend of scientific evidence, meta-level experience and personal passion, Dr. Contey offers a new lens for people who are committed to taking responsibility for their own experiences and committed to bringing their best selves to their work, family and beyond.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how their own brains work and what they need as individuals to feel happy, healthy, whole and productive in their work and beyond.
