Pediatric Visual Impairments and Motor Problems: Impact and Interventions

Description

This training provides an overview of pediatric visual impairments and its impact on motor development, including posture and gait. Participants will learn various intervention techniques and how to appropriately choose and implement strategies into treatment sessions. By learning different environmental strategies, verbal cueing and touch cueing, therapists will have the tools to effectively address vision impairments as they relate to overall motor development.
