Assessing the Needs of the Child with Congenital Heart Disease

Description

This is an "in house" training held via zoom, for CFC #15 Service Coordinators during which Dr. Larry Desch will present medical diagnostic, assessment, treatment information, and resources. Case examples of a child with AV Septal Defect and the child with Cardioventricular Congenital Complex will be presented. Diagnostic considerations, clinical features, symptoms, complications, prevalence, prognosis, treatment & care, clinical implications, available resources, and assessment of the needs of the child and family in EI will be addressed.
