This training will help participants take a step back from the policies and procedures that often times drives our work, and to reflect on family stress and experiences outside of EI. During these unprecedented times, we are seeing higher stress and experiencing more feelings both from and in our work with families. Discussion will include helping to identify, validate, and work through families feelings.
