Prioritizing Self Care for Educators

Description

Dr. Huber will explain to Child’s Voice staff tools on how better to take care of ourselves, our fears and stress. These tools will enable the staff to better cope and handle what we can change and skills to use when we have no control over the matter. By prioritizing our own self-care, we will be able to better manage and care for the students and families we teach.
This will be presented virtually. The format will be large and small break-out groups.
