This workshop will help Speech-Language Pathologist who supervise CF Clinical Fellows understand the responsibilities and best practices to use. We will explore supervision strategies, strategies to coach and give feedback, as well as paperwork expectations. We will also specifically look at the expected skills that the therapist should have at the end of their CFY including assessment, treatment skills, professional practice skills, and inter-personal skills.
