Angela Jackson LCSW from DCFS Illinois will review mandated reporting, the programmatic process, and the various criteria for service delivery, distinguishing among the various kinds of placements and services, and how those impact Early Intervention. She will also discuss criteria for opening and closing investigations, effectively communicating with DCFS caseworkers, and take questions so that Service Coordinators can get clarity on the process, services, and limitations of the system.
