Responding and adapting during times of crisis requires us to make changes more quickly than most of us are comfortable with and information and support are critical! This one-hour, web-based training will help CFCs support Service Coordinators during our statewide response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics include important messaging from DHS, remote service coordination-logistics, technology, expectations, and accountability; caseload triage when all of your families want information and answers and so many situations feel urgent requiring immediate attention; case notes and you during COVID-19; handling system questions for both providers and families; utilizing supports at the CFC with providers and families; remote supervision and support options for Service Coordinators; self-care during times of crisis response.
