Description |
Case consultation groups are a valuable reflective practice opportunity for service coordinators. These groups strengthen their skills in understanding the complexities of their work with families who have children with developmental delays and/or medical challenges. By offering a chance to discuss their work together, they are better able to think of ways to support and problem-solve with families.
