Pediatric Occupational Therapy and Telehealth in Illinois

This webinar will provide an overview of telehealth as well as present a virtual discussion on Pediatric Occupational Therapy and Telehealth in Illinois. This webinar will include information on best practices, tips and strategies for telehealth in pediatrics. A panel of occupational therapy practitioners who are using telehealth in pediatric settings will share their experiences and lessons learned. Resources will also be shared. The facilitators and panel will share information about best practices for using telehealth in pediatric occupational therapy including a discussion on platforms used, intervention ideas, how to get family “buy-in”, family coaching practices and working with children with increased activity level or motor impairment. The panel and facilitators include at least 4 occupational therapy practitioners who are working in Early Intervention.
