Reflective Practice in the Early Intervention Setting – May 2020

Description

CFC #14 is hosting a training on reflective practice open only to CFC #14 providers. This month’s topic is supporting families through crisis using mindful self-regulation and empathic inquiry. In this session participants will explore how mindful self-regulation strategies can be used during sessions to support the attunement between the provider and family. Empathic inquiry will also be discussed to support families from where they currently are and what their priority is.

This group will be facilitated by Tara Wellenreiter (CFC #14 Social-Emotional Consultant) and Malinda Cumbow-Radloff (CFC #14 Developmental-Medical Consultant). Due to the reflective nature of the group it will be limited to 10 participants.
