Reflective Practice Groups help individual practitioners and organizations build a competent and effective I/ECMH workforce, and embed and sustain reflective practice into infant/young children/family serving systems. Provide a safe and supportive space and time for multidisciplinary infant/early childhood professionals to reflect on their work and deepen understanding of the complexities that impact children’s emotional well-being and development—early relationships, culture & diversity, family & community systems, physical & neurological factors, trauma & support.
