Reflective Practice for EI Leadership Series 2020

Description

This is an ongoing, five session, reflective supervision series for Administrators, Supervising Lead Service Coordinators, IMH/EC and other Consultants. Contemporary experiences will be explored using a facilitated group process with adherence to reflective practice principles. The “use of professional self”, attuned relating, increasing competence, building reflective capacity and strengthening program quality to develop skills and inform meaningful service delivery will be discussed.

The series consists of five sessions lasting 120 minutes each. General themes and concepts embedded in the series process include the following with the indicated credits awarded only:
