Roundtable Talks for Service Coordinators: The AT Process in EI and Working with Children with Hearing Loss

Description

This two hour workshop will cover two important topics that Service Coordinators need to have a good working knowledge of so they can inform and support families and providers. The first topic is working with children who are deaf and hard of hearing and all of the policies, procedures, supports and services available for children with hearing loss and their families. The second topic is assistive technology in the Illinois Early Intervention System and clarification on the policies, procedures, supports and services that may be covered for children and families.
