Description |
Training focuses on the essential principles of behavior management that we all need to understand and use in order to effectively shape and teach desired behavior while also decreasing inappropriate behavior. A strong emphasis will be on effective positive proactive strategies that will make a difference in how you work with and succeed with individuals with autism. Presenter will also discuss the emotions providers and parents experience and ways to help them when working with individuals with behavior challenges. Presenter has been using this methodology for 30 years and it positive and powerful.
