This one-day in house retreat is designed to renew staff relationships and professional skills through experiential teambuilding activities and didactic presentations. In depth knowledge of development and treatment needs to enhance collaboration across systems will be promoted. The overall focus “Always Better Together” is a principle that respects the contributions of professionals, caregivers and children and systems for optimal service and outcomes in early intervention practice.
