DC:0-5 Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood

Comprehensive training on DC:0-5 targeting advanced clinicians from fields of mental health, health, and early intervention who are responsible for diagnosis. These institutes are available in extended-day (full-day session plus 2-hour evening session on same day) or 2-day formats.

Attendees will learn about the multi-axial approach to diagnosis, an approach which is developmentally informed, relationship-based, contextually and culturally grounded. Understand the contents of each axis, including Axis I: Clinical Disorders. Participants may have the opportunity to participate in one Community of Learners call following the training, for peer-to-peer support, facilitated by ZERO TO THREE staff.

Designed for advanced practitioners such as mental health clinicians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and early intervention specialists whose work with infants, young children, and their families involves assessment, diagnosis, and case formulation. ZERO TO THREE is the only official training provider for DC:0–5.
