This training will illustrate typical milestones using video clips. But milestones do not happen in isolation from each other, so we will also focus on how relationships tie them together and drive development to help us understand:
• where the 3 Child Outcomes came from and what connects them
• why we, in EI, are in a special position to capitalize on the relationships that support development as we Engage with Families.
This will give us a much clearer and deeper understanding of milestones beyond a chronological list of stuff to remember, and make our practice more powerful and effective.
