Early Childhood Development: Toddlerhood

Description

Toddlerhood is a time of great experiences and emotions. Most toddlers find joy through endless explorations and a natural curiosity about the environment. The world is their playground, and often parents just try to keep up. This training focuses on toddler development from 12–30 months. Participants will learn about the tasks of toddlerhood, developmental milestones, and the reasons toddlers act the way they do. Participants are encouraged to explore the issues and interactions between young parents and toddlers, as well as their own thoughts and feelings about toddlers. They use this knowledge to develop strategies with parents to better understand the toddler years.
