What is something about YOU that most people in the office wouldn’t know about you? (It can be something about your childhood, high school, family life, anything that you want to share.)
August Themes Introduction and Partner/Small Group Discussion (30 min)
• What does collaboration look like to you as a Service Coordinator?
• Describe what a collaborative experience looks like with a family? An EI provider? Share examples that went well.
• What can get in the way of collaboration? How do we “adjust” when there seem to be obstacles?
• What are ways that we can increase our collaborative interactions with parents are providers?
Large Group Discussion: (30 min)
1. How can we as service Coordinator support productive collaborations?
2. What are examples of productive collaborations you have had with families? With providers? In an EI meeting?
3. What are ways to build that experience when it may not be happening naturally?

Ending Question/Everyone shares: What are you going to remember/take with you from the discussion today? (10 min)
