Anxious Eaters, Anxious Mealtimes

Description

When children are anxious eaters, mealtimes become stressful for families. These children may be extremely picky eaters, children with diagnosed or undiagnosed anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, or extreme mealtime worry. This course will discuss and demonstrate practical strategies to support children and families who experience mealtime worry. The course will focus on building trust and responding to the child’s reaction to mealtime change. Parent success will be emphasized in the strategies presented.
