You work with families every day. Sometimes we get so regimented that we forget the basics of IDEA and the finesse of working with parents. This session is going to touch on many facets of the law and how it pertains to you. This session will go in depth on working with parents and give some ideas on how you can protect your job while still advocating for your clients/student. Attendees will leave with an updated set of ideas and skills to work more efficiently with families. This session is presented by a parent professional.
