| Description |
Dr. Budin helped lead a culture of change at two tier pediatric hospitals. He will discuss how to guide and lead change by focusing on a grass roots approach while maintaining a focus on encouraging leadership to evolve and help foster improvement. Theory will be discussed but the main focus of this talk is a practical approach to raising the bar.
