Policies and Documentation in Early Intervention...Update
Description

We will review policies, procedures, templates for evaluations and daily SOAP notes in Early Intervention for speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists and physical therapists. Documentation requirements for insurance companies will be included. Examples of appropriate evaluations and SOAP notes will be reviewed with providers.
