Discipline is not a Problem! Create a Mindful Space for Learning

Description

There are no good or bad temperaments for adults and children. However, every adult is more successful in disciplining children when they acknowledge their own temperament and discover ways to tame the temperaments of the children in their lives. Discipline is a basic need and a positive opportunity to learn respect, honesty and fairness. In this seminar you will understand your own temperament and how it relates to the environment, needs, and abilities of young children. You will also identify the common traits that describe the temperaments of children with challenging behavior and identify strategies to guide interactions with these young children.
