| Description |
You will learn more about the transition to IEPs and how to prepare parents for that shift as their child approaches their third birthday. You will learn strategies to support families as they transition from their child having an Individualized Family Service Plan to and Individualized Education Plan so that families can feel prepared for this change and experience a smooth transition.
