Description

Understanding the impact of adversity on the occupational performance of children and youth and their families is necessary to design effective interventions for this population. This presentation discusses the impact of adversity on neurodevelopment, social participation, and occupational engagement. Participants will explore tools, skills and interventions that enhance adaptive capacities and resiliency across practice settings through the stories of clinicians working with this population.
