Desserts & Devices: An Enjoyable AAC Exploration Lab

In honor of Autism Awareness Month, join Michelle and Jenny for Desserts & Devices: An Enjoyable AAC Exploration Lab. We'll bring the devices and desserts. You'll bring one or two of your favorite therapy games/toys. This class will begin with a brief overview of AAC and an orientation to the options on the TouchChat and LAMP WFL apps, NovaChat and Accent devices. For the second half, you'll move from station to station, getting hands-on experiences with different devices and language softwares for specific therapy games and activities. This content is geared toward therapists who want to know more about AAC options and/or implementation for the pediatric population.
