What is Self-Defense and how can we use it to enhance safety while home visiting in early intervention.
This workshop is an introduction to basic personal safety principles and tools, with a focus on individual practice. This introduction includes video footage to illustrate the effectiveness of these personal safety tools and some practice for participants.
