Assessment instruments in early intervention –an overview, understanding and familiarity with common assessments we might encounter, receiving or using, that inform referrals

This training will review many of the common instruments we encounter in EI - some we administer ourselves and some we receive as part of referrals. This training will help familiarize the participants with a variety of specific instruments that may be a part of referrals as well as taking a deeper look at assessments we use such as the ASQ-SE2 and RBI to point out their underlying structure, why we use these instruments, what we can learn from these assessments, and how to find and harness their potential.
