For this consultation group the theme and discussion will be:
Building collaborations with providers. What works?
In small groups the service coordinators will initially discuss how they collaborate and engage with providers? How to we build partnerships with providers to enhance the IFSP team and work with the families? How do I address issues with providers when we are not on the same page?
In large group will we have an opportunity to and share experiences/stories and “ah-ha” moments from your conversations. What are positive collaborative partnerships you have developed? How has that happened?
The ending discussion reflection will be: What are you going to remember/take with you from the discussion today?
