Our group time for Case Consultation in March will explore the interactions that we have in our role. To go well, most interactions with others we need to be in sync with them. How do we know when we are "in sync" with another? What are the things we notice when working with a parent or provider that help us know our work together is "flowing". What are things we notice when we are not "in sync"? What are things that we can do to get in sync and have our interactions flow? We will discuss together different experiences of in sync and out of sync interactions to learn how to understand how to flow most easily and be understood in our work.
