Using AAC and Dynavox to Facilitate Language in Young Children

Description

This workshop will help therapists understand which children may benefit from AAC devices, how to introduce the concept to the family, and which children can benefit from a Dynavox device. We will also explore how to introduce the AAC device to the family, how AAC fits into early language development, and briefly discuss the EI AAC process. The therapists will learn how to edit and personalize buttons and pages as well as options for accessibility and mounting.
