Makes a Good Service Coordinator?

Description

This two hour workshop is designed as both overview and refresher to help Service Coordinators start the New Year feeling energized, organized, and motivated in their role in the Illinois Early Intervention System. Through engaging group activities, reflection, discussion and information sharing, participants will identify and reinforce those characteristics that they feel are necessary to be both effective and efficient while fulfilling the many challenging responsibilities of supporting large numbers of families. Topics including: teaming, communication, facilitation, prioritization, task management, peer support, utilization of supervision and technical assistance.
