This a practical course designed for OTs, PTs, and SLPs seeking an understanding of how self-regulatory and sensory processing disorders interfere with motor planning and acquisition of
functional skills necessary for participation in the environment. Course material will focus on integration of NDT and SI theory into assessment and treatment of sensory processing disorders as they relate to a variety of diagnostic categories. Treatment strategies, use of equipment and adjuncts will be demonstrated in lab practice and through case presentations.
