This course presented current research by Guo and Garfin published in The Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology in 2017. The article, “Emotion Coregulation in Mother-Child Dyads: A Dynamic Systems Analysis of Children with and without Autism Spectrum Disorder” compares coregulation between parents and their children diagnosed with ASD, and parents and their typically developing children.
