This training will go over the various home visiting programs available throughout DuPage County, including the populations served and their service model. Programs serving families with children birth to three, including Parents as Teachers, Project HELP, Early Head Start, and Healthy Families, will be covered in greater detail. Information about frequency of services, home visit activities, and referral process will be provided. Participants will also learn how EI and home visiting programs can collaborate to provide the best, and most appropriate, services to families in DuPage County.
