Description |
This year’s theme is Growing Together. The 2018 Symposium is focused on “Growth Mindset:” the underlying beliefs people have about learning and intelligence. We will discuss nurturing “Growth Mindset” in children, families, and co-workers, and being open to continuous growth as an educator. Workshops will cover topics such as brain development, social emotional teaching and learning, empowering young children, cultivating empathy, and more. We are confident you’ll walk away with many new ideas and activities to try on Monday morning.
