October is Domestic Abuse Awareness Month. We know that children's development is impacted by expose to domestic violence and abuse and service coordinators are mandated reporters of suspected child abuse and neglect. One aspect of that is recognizing signs of possible domestic violence and abuse occurring in the home. This 2 hour workshop is designed to help service coordinators understand the different types of domestic abuse-not just violence or physical abuse-and some of the more common signs and symptoms to recognize in the families they support in EI
