Case notes and Documentation for Service Coordinators in Early Intervention

Description

This 2 hour workshop is designed to help service coordinators improve both the content and consistency of case not documentation in order to support best practices in the EI system. Service coordinators hold the official file of record and case notes are often the only place that holds the details that make up the rest of the family's story not contained in reports and required paperwork. Case notes are a critical factor in effective teaming and communication, but can sometimes get overlooked when caseloads are high and other aspects of service coordination vie for time and attention.
