This session is offered at the request of the CFC and is geared for service coordinators. This session is not open to providers for registration. Challenging Case Review is an opportunity for service coordinators to discuss challenges encountered in their daily work. This session is focused on eligibility determination with discussion facilitated by Kristi Schwantner. Challenging situations are brought forth and discussed to ensure understanding and proper implementation of the EI Guidelines.
